We just returned from our trip yesterday and we had a wonderful time.  The itinerary was perfect in every way and we enjoyed all 3 of our destinations. Park Hyatt Saigon, Ana Mandara Dalat Villas and Six Senses Con Dao Hideaway were all great!

Vietnam Luxury Honeymoon in 15-25 May 2013
Hello Tommy,
 
Well, you did it again.  Bangkok, Cambodia and mostly Vietnam two years ago…incredible.  This latest trip was superb!  I could have stayed in Burma a month….Inle Lake and Bagan and maybe there are other places to explore.  What a beautiful country, beautiful people and incredible temples and pagodas!
 
I added the elephant ride in Luang Pra Bang and it was well worth it. Everyone wanted to ride an elephant when they were little….it just took me a few decades!
 
Then back to Vietnam, I felt I was home. Hue was particularly beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  Home again in Hoi An as I scampered around getting clothes and shoes made and eating delicious food!
 
Then pure luxury in Nha Trang….private pool! Dinner in Saigon with you was a delight as was the club we went to.
 
It was particularly interesting seeing silk wove in Burma and Vietnam  The former used feet and the latter used a machine.  Both used hands.

I would like to thank you for your professional and kind assistance in planning our recent visit to Asia....This was a once in a lifetime visit for us and a wonderful learning experience.
 
We found our guides to be very punctual and well presented and our drivers to be very (brave) Your attention to detail and timeliness in responding to our questions and concerns was very comforting as we prepared ourselves to fly over to your distant shore.
 
My wife (Irmgard) and I enjoy fish, curry, spices and are most adventurous when mealtimes come around and we were not disappointed when it came to selecting different items for our plates. Everywhere we went the people were very polite and, in particular, the children looked precious in their little school uniforms, swimming out to our boat to give us a "high five" and just smiling every time we looked at them....great.
 
We have had several sit downs already with folks interested in our itinerary and you and your company Signatures of Asia are becoming quite well circulated and involved in possible future plans.

Tommy just to let you know that we enjoyed our trip very much – everything went well (other than the cancelled flight from Siem Reap, but you couldn’t control that).
 
The hotels were great and so were the guides, especially Minh and Jimmy in Cambodia.
 
It was a pity that we couldn’t stay for a few days longer, especially in Hoi An and Can Tho, as the Victoria hotel was lovely even in the rain.

Kat,  Thank you for your help in organizing the trip.  It was a memorable vacation.  We found the accommodations on the Violet, as well as the food to exceed our expectations.  I realize there are much less expensive options available in Halong Bay, but we were quite happy with our choice.  The Victoria hotel was also a fabulous place and the train was sufficient.  I would have preferred to have the option of not sleeping in a compartment with 2 other people I had never met and who did not seem happy to have me join them.  Both our guide in Sapa and the drivers provided were helpful and efficient.  Perhaps asking more questions about suggested treks in the Sapa area would have been helpful for everyone prior to our arrival.
 
Once again, thank you and I will reference your help in any recommendations I pass along to friends.

Vietnam & Cambodia Cruise Tours in Aug 2011

Sorry we I'd not get to meet whilst we were in Ha Noi. Firstly I would like to say thank you for all your assistance with all my bookings. Whilst we were very disappointed that the sampan company lied to you about the availability of the larger boat (as I said I have a photo of it covered and docked) the crew could not have been more courteous and helpful which made the trip so much better. With the weather being a little damp! we were cramped on a few occasions, but the concept of the cruise is magnificent. 

Also thank you for your recommendation of the Tirant, it is a wonderful hotel, pity it is going through renovations and we were not informed of this, it was very loud, very early and lasting very late. But the location and staff were great and tried very hard to make sure that the inconvenience to us was minimal.

I am not normally the complaining type and apologies if I seemed to be negative, but a good holiday relies on good planning and getting what one books and pays for.  Again I will continue to recommend your services to fellow travelers, but will remind them to be very precise in what they want and require.
